Launch of CarExpert Exchange transforms the dealer experience

At CarExpert, we’ve spent years helping Australians research their next car through trusted reviews, comparisons, videos and buying advice. But as we expanded further into helping customers actually buy cars, it became clear the dealer experience needed to evolve too.

That’s why we built CarExpert Exchange – our custom technology platform powering our new-car buying service behind the scenes, designed to create a smoother, faster and more transparent process between CarExpert’s New Car Specialists and our national dealer network.

The platform brings quoting, communication, contracts, invoicing and deal management into one streamlined portal, helping dealers manage customer opportunities more efficiently and giving buyers a more seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Instead of simply forwarding enquiries, CarExpert now stays involved throughout the entire customer journey. Our New Car Specialists work directly with customers to understand exactly what they’re looking for, while CarExpert Exchange helps coordinate the dealer process in the background across our network of more than 1,200 dealerships nationwide.
